We had the pleasure of having Scott, Chef Vita, and their staff cater our wedding. They were an excellent part of our dream team! From the beginning of the process, Scott was responsive and worked with our schedule for the tasting. We were able to make a selection from many dishes and after trying their food we were sold! Especially the NY strip steak with bleu cheese! We received so many compliments on the food and many of our guests even went to compliment the kitchen team themselves! The Balinese chicken turned out to be my favorite, but they were all amazing! They made way more than enough food for everyone and brought containers for our guest and us to take the leftovers home. We love not wasting food! With our budget, we were thinking we could only get a decent caterer, but we lucked out with LDV. They are  without a doubt one of the best in the business! They catered to our needs and even made suggestions on how to reduce cost. In our case we brought our own drinks for their bartender to serve, which helped reduce cost. This turned out amazing and our bartender, Mark, helped make it a smooth and tipsy night for our guests! Last but not the least, their service was top-notch. They helped with the buffet so people there would be no crowd and made sure everyone got their food in a timely manner and even made plates for my husband and I so we didn't need to take the time! Scott and his amazing team catered for my wedding in April and the service was top five. From the tasting to all the emails leading up to the day off, he was amazing. La Dolce Vita is exceptional! The food was to-die-for; their staff was enthusiastic, engaging, and a joy to work with; they made our entire evening a night-to-remember. Equally important, Scott was incredible to plan the party with. He was always quick to return a call or email and made my life easy... When you hire a caterer for a special event you're just taking a risk unless someone you know has worked with them before. But we didn't have that luxury. Here's why we jumped at the chance to work with Scott and team: - no problem or request was too much - every email or phone call was returned - they kept every commitment: timing, cost, and of course, the food. Now let's get to the food. Word one: abundance. So much variety, all fresh, some surprises (gourmet jerky with a perfect French mustard) perfectly displayed despite the limitations of the space. The passed hors doevres were prepared on site and were delicious, beautifully served, and ample. For reference, this was a wedding cocktail reception for 30 people, Mid day, I would absolutely hire Scott and LDV for a similar event and I would not hesitate to have a full dinner catered under his watchful  eye. LDV Events catered my wedding some months ago and I was actually surprised how easy and stress free the whole team made the experience.  The team was friendly, funny and super attentive, they felt more like old friends helping out.  The food was delicious and plated stylishly. I attending a wedding , catered by La Dolce Vita Events and was blown away by the service and quality of food. The staff was friendly, professional and seemed to really understand the energy of the party/ know how to read a room. They enhanced the experience by not only being good at their jobs but integrating themselves appropriately into the joy of the day!  it was a very more the merrier vibe and it felt good to have warm + relaxed albeit professional people taking such great care of the wonderful bride, groom + guests . the food was bomb. i remember... wontons/ dumplings that blew my mind, a fresh salmon situation that offered a welcomed reprise from the tasty but filling phyllo wrapped treats of which we all love and tend to overindulge in at weddings. the presentation of all the passed food was notably pretty and i appreciated the consistent maintenance of discarded skewers, cocktail napkins, glass wear etc.  One server in particular made a point of noting the brand of beer our group was drinking and discretely returning with refills- a thoughtful and lovely touch! it felt like the whole team really went above and beyond to keep things neat and keep guests fed + happy! special shout out to the bartender who held it down by herself with a swarm of thirsty Americans and Australians. she kept it moving while also offering light, funny banter for waiting guests, as only a skilled bartender can do- she never let us see her sweat and that couldn't have been easy! i was so impressed and couldn't stop telling people what a great experience it was so now i'm taking to yelp for what i think is my first ever review. best of luck to you, La Dolce Vita- you were wonderful and i'll tell anyone who will listen!

They catered my sisters wedding. Very professional and so so nice. They were looking out for everyone even though there were tons of people. She noticed I wasn't eating the meat and intentionally made sure to bring me a veggie food. She even went out of her way to make a special plate for my 3 year old daughter. Scott catered my daughters wedding and it was great! It sounded too good to be true when we received his proposal compared to others so I was a little nervous BUT it was perfect! His team was wonderful and especially the lady who passed The hors d'ouerves! She had the best smile and it was sincere! She brought my granddaughter a special plate even though she was so busy! Anyway it was a great night and I totally recommend Scott and Crew!
